There are two terminals at Tahiti Airport. The International Terminal is located inside the main building. Check-in counters are on the ground floor of the terminal. All international airlines, including Air Tahiti Nui, Air France, United Airlines, and Hawaiian Airlines, use this terminal. After completing check-in, you will go through security screening. Proceed through passport control and enter the boarding area. A currency exchange office is located in the airport lobby near the check-in area. The gate area features restaurants, cafes, and shops.
A separate terminal is used for domestic flights. In the Domestic Terminal, check-in counters are located on the left side. The Domestic Terminal features a coffee bar, fast food, a snack bar, and a business center.

Avis, Hertz, and Tahiti Easy Car provide services within the terminal. After completing your car rental procedures inside the terminal, you can pick up your rented vehicle from the P2 parking lot. Car rental companies are open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
There are wonderful places to explore by car in Tahiti. The island’s only main road circles the entire island along an 119-kilometer route. Simply follow the coastline.
