ATL is conveniently located near the I-75, I-85, I-285, and I-20 highways.
Hartsfield-Jackson Airport is the main hub for Delta Air Lines. Delta Airlines operates nearly 1,000 flights daily from this airport. Hartsfield-Jackson is also an airport frequently used by low-cost airlines. Frontier Airlines, Southwest Airlines, and Spirit Airlines have regular flights from this airport. There are two terminals at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport. There are a total of 200 gates in the terminals. There are seven concourses in these two terminals.
The domestic terminal is located on the west side of the airport. Delta Air Lines and other US airlines use this terminal. The Domestic Terminal is divided into the North Terminal and South Terminal. From the domestic terminal, board the ATL SkyTrain located right next to the baggage carousel and get off at the second stop. This trip takes only 5 minutes. From the international terminal, you can reach the car rental center via a free shuttle. Enterprise, Hertz, Alamo, National, Budget, Avis, and SIXT operate at the car rental center. All of these companies are open 24 hours a day. This means you can rent a car from the airport regardless of your flight time.
